Well Hello Again All You Happy Hormonals!
Just can’t help waxing slightly lyrical when the weather here is so glorious! September is the BEST month of the year here on the sunny Gold Coast. Not overly hot, not cold, no need for cover ups or stockings. Life looms ahead with sunlit BBQs in the evenings, not having to wait for the weekend. Ah, Yes!
So much is always happening around here that you won’t be surprised to find that we are busy, busy, busy. But we are also happy to report a couple of interesting items.
Those who look at my Facebook page from last night will know that I have been reading about the benefits of Vitamin D. We all know it is good for your bones, like the Queens of Hormones, progesterone, it helps keep your bones in good shape. What is becoming clear is that grandma’s advice about getting out into the fresh air and sunlight holds as good today as when she used to say it.

But don’t forget you can get a good dose of Vitamin D for free by doing 15 minutes gardening or walking in the sunlight for 15 minutes with your arms and legs showing. This is not enough to cause trouble with melanoma but is enough to boost your Vitamin D levels.

To all my Reiki healers, a special “Hi” today and to ask you to send one of our group all the energy you can spare. She is currently in hospital and unwell so even without me spelling out her name, please send her all the whole energy that you can remember to send, for as many minutes as you can. She has responded already to the healing we sent her the other night, so more will tip the balance even further in her favour.
